📲 Explicit Consent Agreement

1. Purpose and Scope

This Explicit Consent Agreement governs your explicit consent for the On Eğitim Digital Education Platform ("Platform") to send you a verification code, account security notifications (such as password reset and guardian notification SMS messages), and notifications related to Platform use via short message service (SMS) to your phone number.

2. Legal Basis

Under the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and the regulations of the Message Management System (İYS), your explicit consent is required for electronic messages (SMS) to be sent to your phone number.

3. Scope of Your Consent

By entering your phone number and confirming the verification code, you agree to receive the following types of SMS messages:

• Account verification codes (registration, phone number change)
• Password reset codes and notification SMS messages
• Notification SMS messages sent to parent accounts when a security-relevant action (e.g. a password change) occurs on the linked student account
• Other critical notifications related to account security

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings or by writing to destek@onegitim.tv. Withdrawing your consent may prevent you from using certain SMS-based account security features (such as password reset by phone).

5. Data Security

Your phone number and SMS delivery records are processed only for the purposes stated above, in accordance with the KVKK, and are not shared with third parties (except our SMS infrastructure provider).
