BUYER INFORMATION

The buyer's first name, last name, email, and invoice information are recorded in the system based on the information entered on the order completion screen.

Article 1 — Parties and Subject

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between Arda ÖZYURT (Sole Proprietorship), operating under the brand "ON EĞİTİM TV" ("Seller"), on one side, and the user making a purchase through onegitim.tv ("Buyer"), on the other.

The Agreement governs the rights and obligations relating to the digital education products and services (private lesson package, program enrollment, PDF material, question-solving camp package, and similar) that the Buyer purchases through the Platform.

Article 2 — Products and Services Covered by the Agreement

The main digital products and services offered for sale through the Platform are as follows:

• Private Lesson Package: The right to private lessons with a specific teacher for a defined number of hours.
• Education Program Enrollment: The right to participate in a scheduled, multi-teacher group education program.
• PDF Material Package: The right to access digital content uploaded by the teacher.
• Question-Solving Camp Package: The right to participate in question-solving sessions in a specific subject.

The description, duration, and scope of each product are separately displayed on the Platform before purchase.

Article 3 — Price and Payment

3.1 The sale price, including VAT, is clearly shown to the Buyer in Turkish Lira on the cart and payment screen.

3.2 If a coupon code has been applied, the discount amount is clearly shown in the cart before payment.

3.3 After the order is completed, an order summary is sent to the Buyer by email.

Article 4 — Payment Infrastructure and PayTR

4.1 Payment Institution: All payments are processed through the infrastructure of PayTR Bilişim Yazılımları A.Ş. (one of Turkey's leading payment institutions), which holds a license from the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) and operates under the supervision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). PayTR operates under Turkish Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.

4.2 Card Data Security (PCI DSS): The Buyer's credit/debit card information (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) is never processed, transmitted, or stored on On Eğitim TV servers under any circumstances. Card information is processed only within PayTR's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.

4.3 3D Secure and Liability Shift: Credit/debit card payments are secured with the 3D Secure (3DS) protocol, which requires SMS or app-based confirmation from the bank. For 3DS transactions approved by the Buyer, liability for chargebacks resulting from fraud is shifted to the bank or PayTR under the rules of the international card schemes (Visa/Mastercard); On Eğitim TV is not liable in such cases.

4.4 Embedded Payment Form (iFrame API): When the "Complete Payment" button is clicked, the card information entry form opens embedded within the On Eğitim TV page (via the PayTR iFrame API). The Buyer is not redirected to another site; the URL bar and platform design remain unchanged. The embedded form is loaded from PayTR's servers; the Buyer acknowledges that the information entered in this form is transmitted only to PayTR.

4.5 Installment Options: Installment options for supported bank cards are presented to the Buyer by PayTR within the payment form itself. The number of installments and the monthly installment amount are determined by PayTR and shown before the order is placed. If there is an installment price difference (deferred payment surcharge), this difference is separately disclosed to the Buyer in the payment form, and by selecting an installment plan, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this difference.

4.6 Payment by Bank Transfer / EFT: If the Buyer selects the Bank Transfer/EFT method, the Buyer is obligated to transfer the amount to the bank account information provided in PayTR's secure form within 1 (one) business day at the latest from the order date. Once bank confirmation of the transfer reaches PayTR, the order is automatically processed. If payment is not made within this period, the order may be cancelled. 3D Secure verification is not performed for Bank Transfer/EFT payments; the liability shift described in Article 4.3 does not apply.

4.7 Saved Card (Tokenization): If the Buyer checks the "Save my card" option on the payment screen, the card information is stored in encrypted form only with PayTR, through PayTR's secure tokenization system. On Eğitim TV does not see, process, or share saved card data with third parties. The Buyer may delete a saved card through the Platform at any time. This practice is carried out based on the Buyer's explicit consent under the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

4.8 SSL Encryption: All data transmission between On Eğitim TV and PayTR is protected with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. The lock icon in the browser's address bar confirms this protection.

4.9 Payment Failure: If the payment transaction is declined by PayTR (insufficient balance, incorrect information, bank decline, etc.), no charge is made to the Buyer and the transaction is cancelled. The Buyer may make a new payment attempt.

Article 5 — Commencement of Performance and Delivery

5.1 The Platform's products and services are digital in nature and there is no physical delivery. Access rights to the Buyer's account are granted immediately once the purchase is completed.

5.2 For private lesson packages, lesson balance is credited to the Buyer's account after payment is confirmed. Booking an appointment is at the Buyer's discretion.

5.3 For program enrollments, the Buyer gains access to the designated content from the program's start date.

5.4 For Bank Transfer/EFT payments, access is granted after the payment is confirmed by PayTR.

5.5 The Seller reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program's lesson hours due to technical or operational necessities; such changes are communicated to the Buyer in advance.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

6.1 General Rule: Under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the conclusion of the agreement, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

6.2 Digital Content Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15/ğ):

• If, with the Buyer's explicit consent, access to the digital content has begun before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (e.g. accessing PDF material, attending a live lesson, entering a question-solving camp session).
• If the Buyer has used at least one lesson credit from a private lesson package.
• If the Buyer has enrolled in a program and attended a lesson within that program.

6.3 Withdrawal Notice: To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a notice by email to destek@onegitim.tv within the 14-day period. The date the notice is sent is taken as the effective date.

6.4 Refund Process (PayTR): If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the payment amount is refunded through PayTR using the same payment method (card/bank transfer) within 14 days at the latest. For card refunds, the amount may take 2–7 business days to appear in the Buyer's account; this period varies depending on the bank and card issuer. For Bank Transfer/EFT refunds, the Buyer's IBAN information is requested.

Article 7 — Lesson Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 For cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of a private lesson, the lesson credit used is refunded to the Buyer's balance.

7.2 No credit refund is given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson's start time.

7.3 For cancellations caused by the teacher (technical failure, illness, etc.), the lesson credit is refunded to the Buyer under all circumstances.

7.4 No cash refunds are given for purchased products; refunds are made as platform balance (lesson credit). A cash refund is only available where the legal conditions for the right of withdrawal are met.

7.5 Lesson Guarantee: If, after a private lesson package has been purchased, the teacher is unable to give lessons for a period of 14 calendar days (due to being unable to access the Platform, unable to update availability, personal or technical reasons, etc.), the Buyer may apply to destek@onegitim.tv to request a cash refund. This request is reviewed and concluded by On Eğitim TV within 5 business days. This provision does not apply to video courses and one-time digital content purchases.

Article 8 — Personal Data and Data Sharing with PayTR

8.1 The Buyer's first name, last name, email address, phone number, IP address, and invoice information are transferred to PayTR Bilişim Yazılımları A.Ş. for the purpose of carrying out the payment transaction. This transfer is necessary for the establishment and performance of the agreement under Article 5 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

8.2 PayTR uses the transferred personal data only for the purpose of providing payment services and does not transfer it to third parties. PayTR's data processing policy under the KVKK and GDPR can be found at paytr.com/sayfa/kvkk.

8.3 On Eğitim TV's personal data processing policy can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 — Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

9.1 The Buyer confirms that they are making the purchase in their own name and with accurate information.

9.2 The Buyer agrees to comply with the Platform's rules, lesson content, and the teacher's lesson schedule.

9.3 The Buyer agrees not to copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any content on the Platform (lesson recordings, PDF materials, exam questions).

9.4 The Buyer is responsible for account security. Unauthorized use of the account must be reported by the Buyer immediately.

9.5 The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the card information entered on the payment form and for having sufficient limit on their account.

Article 10 — Rights and Obligations of the Seller

10.1 The Seller undertakes to provide Platform services with reasonable care and continuity.

10.2 The Seller may temporarily take the Platform out of service where maintenance, security, or infrastructure requirements arise; such situations are announced in advance.

10.3 The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

The Buyer is granted only a non-transferable right of access, limited to personal use, to the content on the Platform (lesson videos, recordings, PDF materials, exam questions, images, and software). Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use gives rise to legal liability.

Article 12 — Dispute Resolution

12.1 For disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, within the value limits set by Turkish Law No. 6502.

Article 13 — Formation of the Agreement

13.1 By clicking the "Complete Payment" button, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood this Agreement and accept all its provisions (including the PayTR payment infrastructure, card security, data sharing, and right-of-withdrawal conditions). The Agreement is deemed to be concluded electronically once the Buyer completes the payment transaction.

13.2 The Buyer further acknowledges that access to the digital content or service will begin upon order confirmation, and that in such a case the right of withdrawal may terminate under the relevant exception.
