For private tutoring packages, we offer a lesson guarantee: if your teacher can't hold lessons or access the platform for a reasonable period, our support team reviews the situation and, if warranted, refunds your payment. This covers teacher-side disruptions such as prolonged absence, technical issues, or personal circumstances.
